Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano weighs in on news Justice Kennedy plans to retire. Judge Nap thinks the primary area where this could make a change is abortion. He also noted that 3 people on the short list have a “track record of keeping government to the confines of the Constitution.”
