I recently appeared on The Sherry Voluntary Show to discuss the latest news regarding the privacy and surveillance campaign of We See You Watching Lexington.
The goal of our activism is to get an ordinance passed in my hometown of Lexington, Kentucky, that will provide accountability and oversight for the use of all government surveillance technologies, devices and tactics.
Sherry and I discuss We See You Watching Lexington’s most recent court victory, as well as some background about the campaign and where it’s heading. We also touch on current surveillance trends in America and take a few moments to discuss the toxic nature of policing today.
