I recently appeared on WETR Real News Talk Radio 92.3 in Knoxville, Tennessee, to discuss how states can push back against unconstitutional warrantless spying by passing a Fourth Amendment Protection Act.
During the interview with hosts Sherry Voluntary and Vinnie Vineyard, I went in-depth on how this innovative bill can curtail warrantless spying by the federal government by taking action in state legislatures across the country. Michigan enacted this legislation last year.
I also talked about the Tenth Amendment Center’s role in crafting the legislation and what folks can do to support this the bill their states. We also discussed some current surveillance trends and the perils of a shady practice known as parallel construction.
