He’s suing the state of Colorado for legalizing marijuana in defiance of federal “law”
He’s joined by another constitutional crook, Republican Jon Bruning, AG of Nebraska.
These people are a HUGE part of the problem we face today. They only care about limits on federal power when it fits their political agenda. This is the Nancy Pelosi view of the Constitution – and these two should be shamed into oblivion.
