North Dakota HCR3022 would create a mechanism in the state constitution to reject unconstitutional federal actions. (get more details here) It passed through the state house on March 13 by a 61-30 vote. This bill must pass through the Senate Judiciary Committee successfully before the full state senate can concur with the state house’s decision.
PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS TODAY!
1. Call the Senate Judiciary Committee Chair, David Hogue . Strongly, but respectfully urge him to move HCR3022 forward to a vote in his committee. A phone call has 10x the impact of an email.
